Camera Work

In the early 1900’s, Alfred Stieglitz wanted to promote photography as a viable art form. Challenged by many who saw photography as a mere process, Stieglitz founded the journal Camera Work.

Camera Work became a launching point for many photographers eventually considered masters by modern schools.  I have looked through my copy of the complete collection many, many times for inspiration.  This series is intended to be a nod to the early photographers that have inspired me times over.
