One Madison Place
One Madison Place is a luxury residential condominium near Madison Park. Perfectly located at the nexus of Manhattan’s finest neighborhoods, the sea to river views are breathtaking. Yabu Pushelberg designed the stunning common areas of this award winning high rise. Natural materials and modern decor are lit dramatically by inset LED fixtures by Juno Lighting. Cove, accent and exterior lighting were designed by The Cooley Monato Studio.
Why i show this...
Luxury buildings with floor to ceiling glass can be difficult for the architect to light and a photographer to photograph. The furniture, walls and materials need to be accented but not blown out, a hard task with multiple lighitng sources. Wood surfaces need to show texture and color, even in shadows. This space glows but doesn’t shine-the way the designer envisions it.
